This is 100% about supporting our ability to remain open and restructure the business for longevity. Goodhouse has built a strong community and private event pipeline. We are currently restructuring our facility agreement and raising a small short-term bridge to continue operating events through the spring season — and we want local businesses to benefit directly from stepping up.
